DIVERSITY CONSULTATION
Collaborative diversity consulting is a part of my work with my colleague Dr. Marina Valdez, licensed psychologist. Together, we work with agencies who are committed to increasing culturally-oriented practices (cultural competence and humility) in the workplace. We believe in providing employee training and consultation that meets the individual agency needs. To that end, we offer a free initial consultation to better understand the agency's hopes and needs for staff members.
Why collaboration? We believe that so much of being culturally-oriented is about collaboration and consulting with colleagues--about community. Together, Marina and I will gather information about the agency needs and develop ideas about what we can provide and how to best proceed.
Fees are discussed during the initial consultation.
IMMIGRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION CONSULTING
Through my work with IMPACT Oregon, a non-profit that provides immigration psychological evaluations and training I lead a monthly consultation group to provide support to any mental health professional conducting these evaluations.
