Clients in a mental health emergency should dial 9-11 (police/emergency medical response) or visit their nearest hospital Emergency Room immediately. For all other non-urgent mental health concerns I can be reached by telephone at 503/922.3316. If I am unable to answer your call or it is outside of regular business hours, please leave your name, phone number, and information about the nature of your emergency and I will return your call. Please refrain from contacting me by email or messaging during an emergency as I do not maintain access outside of my business hours.
